IMC Corp Group (IMC) was formed to
consolidate all of IMC’s industrial
businesses under a central executive
management focus.
IMC traces its history in the shipping
industry back to the early 1900s. Presently,
IMC is a fourth generation family business.
Under the stewardship of its Chairman,
Mr Frederick Chavalit Tsao, IMC has
been transformed from a traditional
Asian shipping company to a global conglomerate
involved in maritime businesses, logistics,
resources and real estate.
