Tankers commercially manages a pool
of chemical and product tankers operating
worldwide within fixed trade routes, the spot
market and various contract opportunities.
The fleet comprises tankers jointly owned
by the IMC Group and its joint venture partners.
Wawasan Shipping Sdn Bhd, an IMC Group company,
commenced operations in 1992 investing in
liquid bulk vessels to realise the Group’s
vision of becoming a leading global operator
in liquid bulk transportation.
We operate one of the largest Asia-based fleet
of coated chemical/product tankers and are
also a leading carrier of liquid bulk chemicals
in the Middle East Gulf/Far East and US Gulf/Far
East trades. We also participate in the global
trading of clean petroleum products (CPP)
and vegetable oil.
