Sunship Marine employs
a rigorous selection, recruitment and
training programme, designed to meet
the diverse crewing requirements of
our international clients for the supply
of a consistently high standard of qualified
and motivated deck and engine seafarers.
IMC (Qingdao) Training Centre
was established in March 2000
following the success of the IMC-JTU
Training Centre in Shanghai (1996-1999).
It provides training for crew members
working for IMC Shipping (China). Over
1,000 crew members have attended training
sessions to date.
Qingdao International Maritime
Service Co., Ltd. (INMARSCO)
is an independent corporation formed
by a joint venture agreement between
IMCQD Ships Management Co Ltd and Weihai
Xingya Maritime Service Co Ltd.
The company is officially authorised
to manage domestic and international
ships. It is involved in seafarer recruitment
and training, exporting, shipping management
and maritime consultation.
